The girls volleyball program at RRCA begins in 5th grade and consists of six teams from elementary through high school. The Varsity team is coached by Susan Hart, a stellar high school and collegiate-level athlete who is known in the community for supporting and promoting excellence in girls athletics. The JV team is coached by Caitlin Hoxworth, a RRCA graduate who made First Team All District her senior year (2010-11). The Varsity and JV teams compete in the Texas Assocation of Private and Parochial Schools (TAPPS) 3A district, while the elementary and middle school teams compete in the Austin Christian Athletic Association (ACAA) league. The girls at all levels work on skill building, teamwork, the value of hard work, and encouraging others to strive for their best on and off the court.

2010-11 Season Highlights
The Lady Crusader Varsity Volleyball Team won the District Championship for the 2010 season with a 9 -1 District Record and 25-8 overall. The Lady's were led by Seniors Kelsey Blauser, Caitlin Hoxworth, and Rachel Weeks. Kelsey Blauser was named District MVP, while Caitlin Hoxworth and Mallory Blauser were also named to First Team All District. Rachel Weeks and Ashley Shelton were name to Second Team All District. Kelsey Blauser was also named to First Team All State and Mallory Blauser was named to Second Team All State.
The 7/8th grade AA team were undefeated in District play for 2010 and went 23-5 for the season. The team finished 3rd in the ACAA 7/8th grade End of Season Tournament in November. The 5th and 6th grade AA team were also undefeated in District play for the season, finishing with an impressive 20-1 record. They were the ACAA 5th/6th grade tournament champions in November, 2010.
