RRCA Fundraising Events

RRCA Spring Event:

In past years, RRCA has had a spring Gala--a beautiful evening of dining, entertainment, and an auction to benefit RRCA.  Special guests at the Gala have included comedian John Crist, author Gary Chapman, entertainment from The Vintage 15 (Big Band) and others.  Last year, instead of a gala, we had a Spring Show Dinner Theatre with productions of Beauty and the Beast and Aladdin.  Middle school and high school students enjoyed being part of the production, and it was a great success!  Corporate and individual sponsors help underwrite spring events, which raises funds for RRCA.

Jog-a-Thon:

Preschool and Elementary students “race” to see which homeroom can raise the most funds to support RRCA!   This event is a fun day for students to jog/run with their classmates and compete for some individual prizes as well.    Students who raise funds get to shop at Crusadermart and those who reach $300 get to attend a special event/party!   The overall school fundraising goal for this even is $75,000.

Middle School Spring Event:

In the past, students in 6th-8th grade have participated in a kickball tournament to raise funds for RRCA as well as have a great team experience with their fellow students.   Teachers serve as coaches and the rivalry ramps up as each team is challenged to raise $2,500 with an overall event goal of $20,000.

High School Spring Event:

High school students have partipcated in a dodgeball tournament fundraiser each spring with a goal of raising $16,000.   The spring fundraising event for 2018-19 has not been determined.
