Tuition Assistance Information
Round Rock Christian Academy offers a limited amount of tuition assistance to its families based on need (not to exceed 50% of tuition). In order to evaluate and assess applicants, RRCA uses a third party online application process through FACTS/RenWeb.
For Tuition Assistance consideration:
- Complete and turn in the appropriate registration paperwork and fees for each school year.
- Remain current and timely with tuition payments and fees.
- Apply for a Texas Education Freedom Account (TEFA) education savings account through the State of Texas. This is a new requirement and it is in addition to the FACTS Tuition Assistance application. TEFA Applications Open and Close dates: February 4 — March 17, 2026
- For RRCA Tuition Assistance, next complete the online FACTS application by these due dates.
FACTS Tuition Assistance Deadlines: Current Families March 20, 2026 / New Families: March 27, 2026 - There is an application fee per family that is payable by credit card at the time the online application is complete.
- Families must reapply for Tuition Assistance each year. Families who receive Tuition Assistance are NOT eligible to ALSO receive the paid in full discount or the multi-student discount.
- Applicants will see a list of taxes and documentation that have to be submitted to FACTS. Applicants can upload the documents (W-2’s and tax returns) to the FACTS portal, and applications will not be processed until all required tax documents are received by FACTS.
- Families without a timely and complete FACTS application may be ineligible for Tuition Assistance for the academic year. Application deadlines will be enforced.
- If a family receives a TEFA award, the funds will be applied towards tuition and the student will not receive additional RRCA Tuition Assistance.
FACTS and the Round Rock Christian Academy Tuition Assistance Committee use many factors in determining the amount of the family’s tuition assistance, including:
- Current budgeted funds for Tuition Assistance
- Longevity at RRCA
- Commitment to Christian education
- Parents’ income as established by their personal and business tax returns
- Parents’ assets
- Parents’ qualified expenses per the FACTS formula and methodology
- Number of children in the family enrolled
Applicants for Tuition Assistance will be notified in May of the outcome of their application and each family will be given a deadline to accept or decline the award.
